Read moreThe Vöner is great, even high class, of course, but do not neglect the other offerings.
This time we had a monster dog and the Currywurst, both absolutely great.
During the visit before I tried the Vöner and two burgers (one "cheese" and one with peanut-sauce) and was totally filled and very pleased by this choice.

Hier gibt es neben dem Vöner noch andere spannende Gerichte, die ich unbedingt noch probieren muss, wie zum Beispiel die Currywurst und das Gulasch. Wir hatten den Börek, der sehr lecker war und den Vöner. Mehrere Soßen zur Auswahl, extra Toppings und lecker noch dazu. Das Seitan ist hier pur leider nicht ganz mein persönlicher Geschmack, aber der Rest vom Vöner ist einfach herrlich - knackiges leeres Brot, sehr saftig und frisch durch Gurken, Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Soße und im Mund einfach lecker, da geht der Saitan dann auch gut unter. Den Keese finde ich hier auch besonders gut und passend. Der Soja Ayran wäre eigentlich auch echt der Hit, wenn es ohne Minze wäre - für mich hat das im Ayran nichts zu suchen, machen leider einige, die veganen Ayrans anbieten - schade für mich, aber dennoch natürlich empfehlenswert. Jedenfalls danke für das tolle und leckere rein vegane Angebot 💚 😋

Don't waste your time with the ultra commercial seitan Döner available at typical Döner places. This restaurant has the real deal, super tasty. I don't live closeby but use any excuse to come over here.

Ich war kürzlich bei Vöner essen. Die Auswahl an Saucen (Tahini-Knoblauch, Joghurt-Kräuter, Chili-Tomate) ist gut. Der Döner war geschmacklich okay, die Portionsgröße eher überschaubar, und der Seitan traf meinen persönlichen Geschmack nicht ganz.

Delicious "fast" food - Edit
Had been at this place before so knew it was good, but this time it was even better. We got the goulash, which was surprisingly tasty, and the vöner durum, which I personally didn't like (but my bf did). This specific type of "meat" just isn't for me: but they have pleeenty of other options 🙌 totally recommend!

This was my first vegan Döner years ago and I have to say it still holds up. Love the home made Ayran and the Antifa and animal rights topics that dominate the place. Will always have a special place in my heart and I will always return as long as this gem survives the areas gentrification process.

This place is an important institution. I first went here more than ten years ago, I'm not exactly sure when, and at that point vegan kebab was effectively unheard off. Now you can get it everywhere, even in Swansea.
