As vegans in a small rural community, we were super excited to see an entirely plant based restaurant in Johnstown! We dined in for lunch today and it was great. My husband got the pancake platter which included two very large amazingly fluffy pancakes and three house made sausage patties with gravy and wonderfully crispy breakfast potatoes. I got the Birria Bowl which included Birria seasoned soy curls, fresh greens, brown rice, elote, and house made cilantro dressing. We switched half way through to try each other's. My mom had the Blackened Tofu Salad with house made hot honey dressing. *Some dishes include honey so be sure to check before ordering.

Delicious & Healthy! - Edit
We stopped in today for lunch and placed the order online; it was done not long after we arrived. I got the tuna wrap and my husband got the buffalo wrap and we both got sides of fries. The portions are perfect for the price and we actually only ate half for lunch and saved the other half for dinner. They were both so delicious and I wouldn't make any changes!! We chowed down on a fry in the car on the way home and still had a whole second basket of fries to enjoy with our wraps. We've been vegan for a few years now so it's very exciting to have a vegan restaurant in Johnstown. We'll definitely be back!

•Buffalo chicken wrap extra sauce = BOMB 💣 Buffalo sauce is my favorite & theirs didn’t disappoint (it’s homemade)! The wrap tasted fresh, loved the red cabbage in it. The “chicken” was “meaty” lol. The sauce was saucy just how I like it!
•Birria bowl = great! The “meat” was so flavorful. Elote was creamy & delicious. The greens had some dressing on it that was so yummy! Even the brown rice (I actually despise brown rice so this is big for me) was good because the flavors of the other foods totally masked it, which is lovely lol so this entire bowl is beyond edible which is HUGE coming from a brown rice hater 😂 I can’t do this at Chipotle haha just saying 🤷♀️
•Tuna wrap = good! Made of chickpeas & you can barely tell! I make my own at home with chickpeas but theirs is next level with capers, spices, etc
•Sausage & tofu scramble platter = BOMB 💣 I’m not even a gravy or tofu scramble person but this is yum! The gravy is homemade & so yummy. The sausage is homemade & wow, I don’t really like sausage but I’d eat theirs! The potatoes…idk how they got them so perfectly cooked, soft on the inside and crispy crunchy on the outside, it’s like the perfect potato. The toast, why is the toast so good when it’s something so basic & simple…because their homemade “butter”…geesh it’s heavenly. I’ve never enjoyed toast so much in my life lol
•Grilled cheese = melted & gooey like it should be lol thick bread (which I love) divine homemade butter
•Butternut squash soup = delicious! Tasted fresh & comforting💜

•Buffalo chicken wrap extra sauce = you already know how I felt about it yesterday 😂
•Birria Bowl = great again! The “meat” was even more flavorful than yesterday, just keeps getting better lol
•Incline bowl = elote was yummy, creamy cashew sour cream, chips are perfection (they make their own)! Black beans were yummy, I loved the tomato “pico de gallo”! It was so fresh, added a lovely acidity and flavor!
•Chili cheese fries = chili is FLAVOR, creamy cheese, fries are good!
•Tuna sandwich = amazing! I really like the texture of this bread with the tuna! Spicy house sauce is like a chipotle mayo & it’s yummy!
•Lentil soup = flavorful, herbaceous & “hearty”
•Pancake platter = fluffy pancakes! Flavorful without syrup, homemade butter is phenomenal, still the most perfect potatoes, sausage & gravy YUM!
•Pickled onions = delicious & spicy. We just got a random side of this lol
