More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I have always loved animals, ever since I can remember, and I felt like a hypocrite eating meat. I never had that switch that most people have, so I couldn't separate what was on my plate from who it came from.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It's hard for me coming from a very small town with few vegan options when I really enjoy going out to eat. I love that I can hop onto HappyCow and find vegan-friendly restaurants with reviews and tips.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love lentils, kale, raw nut cheeses and other raw options from Eden's in Pittsburgh. I love to use my juicer. I pretty much enjoy all vegan foods. I think becoming vegan has definitely opened my taste buds up to a whole new world of deliciousness!
