They closed a bit earlier than their closing time, but the lady still made a really nice shawarma wrap for me and they even had vegan baklava. Both were delicious and really above expectations! Recommend😄

Interestingly, I kept the Vegöner in Johannis (where I was last year) in much better memory than this one.

Dafür, dass hier alle schwärmen, waren wir enttäuscht. Essen Jam schnell, schmeckte aber überhaupt nicht. Das "Fleisch" war eher süßlich, der Dürümteig matschig und es schmeckte nach gar nichts weiter. Hatten noch einen Hotdog, das Brötchen war stellenweise getoastet und an den anderen Stellen matschig, das war vom Geschmack her okay. Portionsgröße hätte etwas mehr sein können.

Ich hatte mich auf was richtig Gutes gefreut, aber das hat meine Erwartungen ganz und gar nicht erfüllt.

Es gibt in Nürnberg 2 von den Veganen Dönerläden und in Erlangen noch einen, ich hoffe diese Kette breitet sich auch in den Norden Deutschlands aus, weil das fehlt dort leider Komplett. (Im Norden gibt es nur Läden mit veganen Optionen, aber keine rein veganen Dönerläden)

A true neighborhood gem with reasonably priced sandwiches. I asked for an extra spicy Vegoner. Don't expect Indian/Thai spicy, but the flavors were great, and getting an excellent sandwich for 7 Euros is very rare these days!

Read moreUnfortunately, the Vegöner was lacking in taste. It was by no means awful, but nothing memorable either. Perhaps I should have added more seasoning on the spot. However, for a relatively cheap 6€, it was very filling.

Ich habe kürzlich den Vegöner besucht und war echt überzeugt! Die Preise sind mehr als fair für die Qualität und Portionsgröße, die man bekommt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und bot neben Döner auch eine kreative Auswahl an weiteren veganen Optionen. Uns auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Eine echte Bereicherung für die vegane Essensszene in der Südstadt!
