This is a great family run restaurant. So creative. So much love in each dish. One of the true gems of Lakeland. From the coffee to the fresh bread to the whole plant food dishes. My favs: 1. Korean Tacos; 2. Tempa BBQ; 3. Sushi Bowl; 4. Bang-Bang Bowl; This list goes on.

Great Plant Based food, excellent taste! - Edit
As vegans, it’s not easy to find vegan food restaurants where we go. This one is full whole food plant based and vegan with great flavor in all we ordered! The Pesto Alfredo pasta was generous and delicious 😋, that I was tempted to ask for the recipe… 🤭 really, I totally recommend this place. My wife and I really enjoyed this place.

Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) DELITE! - Edit
There are Vegan places, but there are not alot of places that are actually WFPB. This place is a gem. Eating here for the first time and I am thoroughly enjoying the nachos, and my wife is devouring the Ramen soup.

So grateful Happy Cow led us to Vegetation! Everyone in our road-weary party of 8 got meals we absolutely LOVED. So much delicious flavor in the nachos, bang bang bowl, farmer’s pie and the crumble cookies! We will be back anytime we have the occasion to be in the area! And I have to mention how incredibly kind and professional the staff was. We had a series of travel snafus that put 6 out of 8 of us at the restaurant 25 min before closing and we had no idea what we wanted (note: the menu changes weekly). They never acted annoyed or put out in any way and even let one of us back in after close to use the bathroom! Everything about Vegetation is good for the planet and the people on it! Thank you!

Small coffee shop vibe, with great food. They have a good grab and go cooler and have a rotating menu you can get fresh/hot. Been twice. Both times staff was friendly and food was excellent. Lakeland is challenging for vegan only options outside of fast food, Vegetation does it well! We will definitely return next time we find ourself in Lakeland.

Why Did I Sleep on this place for so long???!!! - Edit
I honestly delayed (at least 2 years) visiting this place due to due to a couple underwhelming vegan experiences in the area. Finally decided to try them out earlier this month and was impressed with their limited made-to-order options, and their refrigerated pre-made meals. Decided to stop in today for a follow-up and equally impressive. Ordered their Korean tacos with side of what I'm thinking is a kimchi slaw. It kicked everybody's ass!! They nailed the flavors (I feel confident about my knowledge of authentic Korean dishes).

My favs here are the nachos, Rigatoni, and buffalo wrap, but honestly I could just keep listing because all of their food is so good. If you’re in the Lakeland area, this is the place to go no question.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable lounge area. I got the enchilada casserole. My husband got the big matt burger which comes with a small side of potato salad. Food was fantastic. Portion for price ratio was spot on. We got the sushi bowl, teriyaki bowl, cesar dressing and 2 of the ramen joys to go. Will post reviews for the to go items once we try them. Definitely our new local go to plant based eatery!

Imagine bustling in with three hungry kids, searching for lunch options. The first thing I hear is my 11 year old saying, "What is that stink?" I had to agree. The food aroma was unpleasant. Next, I scanned the menu and the food case. Our options were severely limited. No one wanted to spend double digits for a burger that may or may not taste good. Seriously! Outrageous pricing. Coleslaw hardly makes for a meal. So I bought each if the kids a cookie to hold them over until we could find food elsewhere. I got myself a chia pudding. The cookies went over okay, but the pudding tasted like the worst kind of baby food mixed with cardboard. Seriously, how do you mess up chia pudding so badly? Did anyone taste it?

Food is absolutely delicious. While visiting family we found this gem. While everyone had a non-vegan pizza party we had loaded nachos, Mac & cheeses, Buddha bowl and the MOST AMAZING coffees ❣️ Our non-vegan family was digging into all our dishes trying everything. They loved it. We were sad we didn't buy more. We will be back during every family visit for sure. It is a must!

We stopped by here with low expectations, but everything ended up being just perfect! They have a pretty limited food menu, but it's all well thought out and delicious. Had the loaded nachos, kale soup and the jerk wrap and would definitely recommend it!

Read moreI love getting this healthy and absolutely wonderful food delivered to my house every week. Makes my life so easy. I’m gluten free sugar free vegan and the food I cook for myself can be a little boring because I don’t want to spend a ton on all of the ingredients or time making elaborate meals. Vegetation solves this problem and the people are so wonderful.

Hoped For The Best And I Got It - Edit
I worried that the serving size would be too small. It is not. I hoped for lots of flavor. Wow, the recipes are amazing. Every week is a new highly creative menu. The only downside is that a dish you fell in love with will not be available the next week. However, I can’t wait to see what they will have on their menu the next week. BTW, it was the Forbidden Rice Bowl.
