Very popular and for good reason - Edit
We arrived for lunch. The restaurant was busy and had a great atmosphere. The food was top, top quality, it arrived promptly and the staff were very friendly. There is a comprehensive and well-labelled menu that will please vegetarians and vegans alike. We enjoyed traditional spanish food alongside a wok de verduras.

I don’t often give bad reviews but I have no choice. I walked in and they were awkward when I said I didn’t have a reservation. But the restaurant was half empty so it didn’t look like I needed one. They took ages to take my order and when they did, they got it wrong and brought a dish with milk and eggs in it. The waitress looked at me like she was annoyed with me. When my meal finally came, it was just four thin slices of tofu with potato wedges and a tiny amount of salad. But it was all drowning in tasteless oil. Then they took ages to get the bill. I paid €14 for this and a Coca Cola. I will never go back there.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews saying there aren't enough vegan options, from the menu I would say maybe 2 of 3 dishes are vegan.
Read moreThey offer a good mix of dishes, from veganized burgers to wholesome food. There is an offer for menu of the day for about 10 eur, or 5-6 eur for one dish, which is great value! Tasty as well!

Fui acompañado a este restaurante "de rebote" porque al que planeábamos ir estaba cerrado, pero qué suerte la nuestra haber acabado en El Calafate. El trato de la camarera que nos atendió fue maravilloso, la comida fue magnífica y en cantidades enormes. Para referencia: las 2 personas que fuimos nos pedimos el menú de 14 euros y no tuvimos narices a acabarnos el segundo plato. El salmorejo, la crema de calabacín y el cuscús están buenísimos. Volveré, definitivamente.

If you are looking for a filling school lunch, fine, but for a restaurant meal this was plain terrible. Something they called a thai curry was a yellow sauce with over boiled zucchini and carrot, no spices of any type, served with the cheapest white rice one could find in a supermarket. A celery salad included like five tiny pieces of celery and dyed black olives (in a leading olive country!!) together with icebergs salad. The only vegan desert option was rice pudding which was edible but no, really no. Other people's portions didn't look any better. The waiter was great, also with great English, but really just not worth going there. Lunch was 9,90€.

Was disappointed by the vegan choices. Ordered tofu steaks and the food wasn’t very tasty at all. Tofu was not marinated, tasted bad. Feel I could have cooked something better at home. However, service was great and nice atmosphere.
