Great Vegan Eats

It was Sunday so business at 15:00 was slow. As a serious vegan foodie and world traveler the experience is almost as important as the food. Usually restaurants here serve most of their clientele before lunch time. So having the owner cook us made to order food was a real treat. Then she sat down and conversed with us while we ate. Any time an owner joins me for an impromptu conversation I’m excited. Good food, humble owners, 5 star experience. This is what rural Thailand is all about. “The Vegan Cowboy Rides Again!”
