I visited this vendor at the recent Tyneside Vegan and Music Festival where we shared the Ravjul Malti (Maltese ravioli).
Read moreThe homemade ravioli was filled with spinach and ricotta, with a rich tomato sauce, and was so flavourful. I loved the Maltese bread that was topped with kunserva (feta and olive oil) too.
I also took away a delicious imqarat, which was a baked date-filled pastry, with hints of orange and anise.

5 verschiedene rein pflanzliche Gerichte… 3 davon haben wir zu 2 bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Daren war sehr freundlich und wir hatten einen tolle. Austausch. Auf den Bildern sieht man das Chili, das Curry und den Massy Dog.

Very happy to happen upon the Vegetali van at Alnwick Castle on a recent visit. Had a lovely chat with Darren the owner who has just started the business. I had the messy dog which was delicious!! It was difficult to choose from the menu as it all sounded amazing.
