Excellent food - Edit
In a city where to eat out is often expensive, Vege Rama was a pleasant change. Lots of choice, everything was clearly labelled and really reasonably priced. I had the 2 curries and rice, and they were very good.

Don't Go Past The Dosa! - Edit
Have been coming here for years just for the masala dosa, they are crispy and delicious - a fantastic vegan food court option! The curries, snacks and desserts are all delicious too, but the dosa is the main star!

SO SALTY!!! - Edit
Today I ordered the Dahl and it was so salty I had to take it back. They actually tasted it and then said to me that it was fine. I have dined at this place a lot over the years but this service is unforgivable!! They didn’t replace the inedible food. A disgrace!

Friendly staff, is 100% vegan unless stated. They have good deals on which are very cheap especially towards the end of the day. I would highly recommend, food is lovely.

Good service - Edit
Went there 5 past closing and they were still selling. Told us that all their products were vegan. Someone here wrote that they are vegetarian here, not vegan. Who to believe?

Good food! - Edit
Yummy range of curries and other hot dishes. The moussaka is my favourite. Big servings, so you only need a small, or share a large between two. They also do some desserts.

I love Vege Rama - Edit
They have something for everyone! The salads are AMAZING and such great value. I also love the samosa with tamarind sauce for a delicious snack. The moussaka is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, and the curries are always bang on. Also love the ‘cheesecakes’!! So good.

Tasty meal - Edit
I had the vegan pizza wrap ($10.50), which was tasty and a satisfying meal. Will return for the Indian meals, salads, lasagne, mac-n-cheeze. Everything was vegan except a pizza wrap with feta. (Why bother having one non-vegan thing?) Good service at busy lunchtime.

Lunch run in the city - Edit
I have eaten here maybe 15 times. They have really tasty koftas with a sweet dipping sauce that are 3 for $5 although they can be a little oily for those that like to go oil free. I find they are a great snack if you don't want a whole meal. Samosas are equally as good. Lasagna is amazing! however it can't be too healthy with all the vegan cheese. Potion size for price is excellent and sometimes I find it hard to finish if I add the side salad for $3. Desserts are delicious but somewhat, like most vegan places, on the pricey side at $7-$8 for a slice. Staff are super friendly and will go out of their way for you. Will fill takeaway containers to the brim and pack it down. All in all 5 stars.

Good lunchtime option - Edit
I came looking for something sweet as an afternoon snack but wasn't inspired by the dessert options (why does almost every vegan restaurant offer bliss balls and raw cheesecake and nothing else?!) so I grudgingly ordered a pakora and country pie instead. They both exceeded my expectations - flavourful and not dry at all, despite sitting in a food court display case until 4pm. Would happily go back for lunch sometime.

One of my favourite places - Edit
Every time I go to the city and am wondering what to eat, I always find myself at VegeRama. Their vegan pizza wraps are DELICIOUS, and so are their raw cakes (especially the raspberry and blueberry tarts). I’ve also tried their curries, salads and energy balls, and they’re just great. Love, love, love this place!

Probably my favourite of the vege Rama outlets. Great food, quick and affordable. Wish this sort of comfort food was more available (not just inner city and open later), but probably better it's not - their pakoras (?) and tamarind sauce are amazing :)

Vege Rama is sooo easy for me to get to and I go there very frequently. I've even bumped into other vegan friends while I was there. Everyone there is super polite and I really appreciate that their plates are all environmentally friendly (even the cutlery).
