Open late on weekends. Previously vegan, reported using some dairy March 2017. Open Mon-Thu 11:30am-8:30pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-9:30pm, Sun 12:00pm-5:00pm. Open holidays 12-5pm.

Not bad but very limited in choice. They only do a fixed meal per day - soup, pizza, dessert and juice for COP 9,500. It was ok but not great.

the dinner menu has many choices. too bad you missed out, everything i've had from that menu has been delicious. i haven't had lunch at vegarden, maybe that's the fixed menu you speak of? but i can tell you, after 6pm, the menu is varied.

I've come here a few times now when I've visited Medellin and been in this specific area (Laureles). All of the items on the menu are either vegetarian and/or vegan; I believe the vegetarian items can be made vegan. As someone from the U.S. I find that some of the flavors for familiar foods taste different, but overall, they're ok. My go to plates are the Nachos Mexicanos for a starter and the crispy burger for the main plate. I've tried other plates, such as the Hamburguesa Vegarden, but I wasn't a fan of the sauce that came with that item (fries were great though). I have also tried the Perrito Veggie, but the flavors weren't too my liking, due to the spices used (I can be a little sensitive to certain spices). This place has vegan pastries too; I enjoyed the Rollo de Canela (cinnamon roll) the most and have gotten it a couple of times (it tastes like what one would expect). Their juices are pretty good too, such as their mandarin juice. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, I think some of the food items can be hit or miss depending on personal preference, but I did enjoy some of the food I tried so I would return for those items.

The food here is always delicious, the service is always excellent, friendly, respectful, and always has a great attitude, and the atmosphere between the floors makes this place unique. I have been here many times over the years; usually at lunch time. Several years ago I went for dinner. I ordered a crepe, and it was huge, and came with a salad. The flavors were quite good. My only concern is that there wasn't a lot of protein in the meal; only three little triangles of tofu on top of the crepe. If I had known that, I would have ordered one of the veggie burgers made with lentils and garbanzo beans.

They are open for lunch and dinner, including weekends and holidays. At lunch time, they have the typical set menu (23.500 pesos as of July 2025). The portion sizes seem small to me and the soup that's included with the meal of the day is about half the size that you would get in other restaurants.

I’ve been to Medellín for two weeks and I had dish of the day almost every day. It was very good every time. But when it comes to food de la carte I can’t recommend it at all. Fried rice was lacking taste, lasagna was aceptable but disappointing and the pasta dish was very awful. It’s like having two separate chefs.

I honestly want to give a 10/5. One of my favorite vegan/vego places in the world. Amazing find near Laureles, Medellín, and I came here everyday for 4 days. The friendliest staff and so many vegan options, but if you are vego you can get real cheese.

Fuimos a almorzar y el menú del día era un especial por ser el día del padre, pero preferimos ordenar platos de la carta. Pedimos un gratinado especial, un burrito, una malteada de vainilla y una mezcla garden (mango, fresa y hierbabuena). El gratinado estaba espectacular, traía varias proteínas salteadas en salsa BBQ, queso a elección (lácteo u opción para veganos) y nachos. El burrito, a pesar de no tener un emplatado tan llamativo, también estaba muy rico. La mezcla garden no estaba tan buena, le faltaba fresa y hielo pero la malteada de vainilla estaba muy rica y no estaba hostigante. De postre pedimos un rollo de canela con helado de vainilla, estaba delicioso 😋

Read moreThey had a lot of food to choose from. My friend said the pizza was good, so I got the Pizza Deluxe (26.500), and it was tasty. I also had the Vegarden Limonada to drink, which was really delicious. For dessert, I tried the Torta Caliente Con Helado, a brownie with vanilla ice cream. It was tasty at first, but then it got a bit boring.
I'd be happy to go back here and try other dishes :)

Fui con un grupito de amigos y me gustó mucho! La mayoría de la carta es vegana y el ambiente es lindo. Es un lugar estupendo para comida gordivegana jajaja. Hay pizzas, lasañas, hamburguesas... ¡hasta salchipapas! Y los helados son muy ricos también. Pedí la lasaña de setas con bechamel y la malteada de vainilla. ¡Qué delicia! Recomendado, solo que me han dicho que pedir a domicilio no se justifica porque tarda demasiado/ se olvidan cosas. #Veganuary

The food was really nice and no doubt we will be back there soon. The place is pretty much all vegan apart from a few dishes that contain cheese - i had the Chirochampy Pizza (a bit thin but tasty), my wife had the mushroom lasagna which was delicious. The menu of the day looked great too (“meatballs” with rice) although we didn’t try it. The only let down was the vegan ice-cream which was more like a thick and not very cold mousse- so I wouldn’t have it again on my next visit.
