Wow 😍 probably one of the best things I have ever eaten. I wasn’t expecting to find vegan waffles in Belgium so this was a dream come true and it didn’t disappoint! I had a waffle with chocolate, salted caramel sauce and whipped cream - I could have eaten so many of these, I was genuinely so sad when I’d finished it. This is a must go for anyone in Brussels!

Tiny waffleplace in a shopping mall. The waffles themselves are baked freshly on demand and they have a wide range of toppings. We had a simple one with just the strawberries as a topping. Strawberries were freshly cut. Hot, sweet and kind of sticky, which is a positive point as the waffles are not dry.

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié la gaufre (que nous avons pris nature), je ne sais pas si c'est la farine utilisée mais l'intérieur était cru et pâteux. En fait ce n'était pas ce à quoi je m'attendais car cela ne ressemblait ni à une gaufre de Liège ni à une gaufre de Bruxelles. Donc si vous êtes vegan et que vous voulez regouter à une gaufre traditionnelle vous serez sûrement déçu.

Best vegan Belgium waffles in the city - Edit
They sell amazing waffles with lots of topping options! It's located inside a small mall with very friendly staff and a quick service. Great to see a lot of people ordering here. The waffles are also gluten free. Would definitely come back when I am in town again.

shop personal was super nice, and the price was acceptable as well (a bit pricey, but considering that it's right in the center of brussels, completely fine—3.5€ for a plain waffle, 5€ if you want a topping). got a waffle with chocolate sauce and can absolutely recommend it!

Nos costó un poco llegar porque el local no está visible pero al final dimos con él. Fue un gusto poder comer un gofre vegano después de tantos años. La malo es que tienes que pagar por cualquier extra y en otras gofrerías típicas de Bruselas puedes comprar un gofre (no vegano) por el mismo precio pero con extras o toppings… imagino que hacerlo vegano es más caro pero no estaría de más al menos incluyese un topping. Recomendado.

I tried half a plain waffle with my flexitarian aunt, we both like it. It was my first Belgian waffle in almost 2 years; I found it close to what I remember a traditional Liège waffle tastes like. It could have been fresher, but the base is a good one.

edit: went back with family for the National Day, I stand by my three stars review. This time, I had a whipped cream waffle, it was nice, but maybe a bit under cooked. The same goes for the other waffles my family had. Some of them had a chocolate ice cream; I tried some, it was ok but not great - the chocolate taste wasn't strong enough.
