I got the Syoyu Tonkotsu and my partner got the Spicy. He loves spicy food and said it was a good level of spice, "Just enough to start sweating." The Syoyu Tonkotsu was also absolutely delicious. Glad to have found this gem while we were visiting Osaka.

Loved the ramen at this restaurant! The menu offers a decent selection of different ramen dishes and the ones we ordered were excellent. The flavors were very good and the portions are pretty huge. Unfortunately, I could not finish mine—they give you so much broth and noodles! We would for sure eat here again! They seem to have an ok amount of seating, but it’s still not a huge place so I would imagine you might be waiting some time if they’re busy. Service was great! 10/10!

Read moreI ordered the miso style ramen and hubby ordered the soy ramen - I had a try of his and it was nice but I prefer less salty taste so I was very happy with my option, you need to order a drink with the meal which is what most places are like in Japan.
Quickly served & delicious meals! Definitely worth a try!

Amazing ramen at Playpen Friends. Fully vegan restaurant with a lovely atmosphere right next to the vintage shopping district. They had 6 wonderful choices of ramen to choose from with a lot of toppings. Soy meat, exotic mushrooms and veg alongside delicious broths. The staff were lovely and the vegan menu and japanese menus were combined so there was no price difference. Great experience, the best ramen we have had so far in Osaka.

Ramen muy rico, pero como en casi todos los sitios, la base es de leche de soja, que puede parecer un poco sin más pero es que la leche de soja en Japón está mucho mejor que en Europa por alguna razón 😭 tienen un ramen con base de tomate que no vi en ningún otro sitio. Tiene super buenas reviews en Google porque si le dejas una review de 5 estrellas te regalaban un onigiri enorme jajajaj
