Emphasis is slow food using local produce. Quiet for the noisy Shinsaibashi area. In Shinsaibashi area on a side street off of the main drag. Go left when you see the Ralph Lauren store in the arcade. Cafe is located on the second floor of Camdem's Blue Donuts. Note that is is not open late in the night, so go early.
