Merci pour ces saveurs et textures bien maitrisées. Tapas délicieux : les sticks de mozzarella sont réellement bluffants (mais les oignons rings sont fades en comparaison), le reste a beaucoup de saveurs. Les lasagnes crues de courgette sont crémeuses, goûtues et copieuses. Le café gourmand permets de goûter plusieurs desserts. Ce jour là le gâteau nectarines/amande et la tarte aux prunes étaient très décevantes; par contre le dessert au chocolat était délicieusement fondant et bien chocolaté.

This vegan place is really a unique experience and definitely must do while in Nice. They change their menu every week and they work only with season and ethical products. The quality is always guarantee, tase is mind blowing and prices are very reasonable. Try to book in advance as always full. Every time I come back to Nice I have to go there multiple times to experience this scrumptious place 🤤

A really nice and cozy place to eat out. We had Moussaka, Mushroom Penne, Gazpacho and some Vegetable fritters. Everything was very tasty and the meals were really thought throught and all of them had a little twist to them. Highly recommended!

Delicious food but not worth the price - Edit
I had really high expectation due to the menu being so limited and although the food was delicious I think it seemed to simple and not worth the price considering effort and portion sizes. I would however go back for the cheeses because I have never had such good df cheeses! An issue for us (maybe not for others) was the food came out within a few minutes of ordering so it meant the whole experience was done within about 20-30 mins and also showed maybe it wasn't an overly complicated dish or nothing that had to be prepared to order which I would expect at this price. We ended up being so hungry after we got food from another vegan establishment afterwards.

A great evening savouring high quality vegan dishes. The best cauliflower soup, subtly seasoned, superb mushroom bourguignon that wouldn’t be out of place in a Michelin star restaurant. Vegan cheeses to die for.

Read moreThis restaurant is (from my personnal taste standpoint) like the Schroedinger's cat : half dead. It cannot be compared to numerous nice other vegan places I have visited (london, paris, NYC, Barcelona, Lyon, etc...). I was really looking forward to test it.
The plates are not tasty, this is no flavour and no originality. The "caesar salad" was a total joke, the desserts are of no interest : no pleasure at all.
To sum up : avoid it and go to "Paper Plane" instead (review to come).

Yes I can give you details about the vegan "caesar salad" : some iceberg (or other species) cutted leaf, 3-4 roasted bread "croutons", 3 pieces of battered soja with herbs (I guess) ...and some white sauce with a lot of beer yeast. For a main course it was a joke. This is not cooking what you can expect from a "restaurant".
Read moreNow on the desserts : sorry but how can you fail so hard if you have your own "patisserie" in the city ? I know it can be tricky and few restaurants succeed to have good ones, but I was expecting much much better.

Disappointed that owner was unwilling to let us get take out or give us a table. - Edit
We had lunch at owners wife location where we were told this is a good place for dinner. We spent $20 on a taxi and planned to get take out. When we arrived owner said they couldn’t do takeout. So I said OK we will take a table please. He said they were booked. I said your wife suggested we come here for dinner tonight and didn’t tell us we needed reservations. I also told him we took a taxi to get here. He wasn’t willing to help us. I then asked for him to call us a cab back to our hotel which we spent another 20 to get back. We returned to our hotel hungry and $40 given to taxi drivers.

From the second I walked in I was in love with this restaurant. The decor and the ambiance and the service was amazing. The food was some of the most out of the box and delicious food I’ve ever had. I was looking forward to going to nice just for this restaurant and I was not let down. The owner of vegan gorilla is the husband of the owner of amour patisserie vegetale. Fully vegan, which is good. I went for lunch and there were only two entrees on the menu. Quite a fancy venue which I did not expect. The salad was nothing special especially for the price. The falafel was really good though! Staff are very nice and welcoming and they also gave a little appetizer before the meal.
