Yes I can give you details about the vegan "caesar salad" : some iceberg (or other species) cutted leaf, 3-4 roasted bread "croutons", 3 pieces of battered soja with herbs (I guess) ...and some white sauce with a lot of beer yeast. For a main course it was a joke. This is not cooking what you can expect from a "restaurant". Now on the desserts : sorry but how can you fail so hard if you have your own "patisserie" in the city ? I know it can be tricky and few restaurants succeed to have good ones, but I was expecting much much better. This will by my last message about this place : travel, read, try, taste, compare, create and ... get back to work !
