Chickn burger was slathered in ketchup and impossible to eat. Not very good besides. The chocolate cake was dry and bland. Service was mediocre. Prices were way too high.

We had the sautéed rice and the vegan Cesar's salad as well as one can of Kombucha. The latter was REALLY expensive though (5€ per can). As for the food, the rice tasted good but not great and the salad was just a really small portion compared to the price. But the staff has been really friendly! There was no lack of hygiene as far as we could tell and no doves around. I would recommend it if you're currently in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to come back again.

I went here on my first night for a quick bite, and went for the Asian style burger. The food was really good and good value for money but it took quite a while to be prepared and the hygiene was quite poor. Lots of insects around, which is understandable for an outdoor eating place but was a bit off putting.

They have many great vegan options. A had a vegan salad and it was relly nice with tofu and "planted" (meat replacement). Would go there again! There aren't many places to sit on a busy day.

One of the small amount of restaurants which offer something vegetarian and vegan besides pasta or pizza. Great burger, the red pop pancake was a little bit soggy.

We just arrived in Florence and were super hungry. Had a really nice salad bowl with „chicken“ and the „chicken“ burger. The place was pretty full but it’s a great place to sit down and have lunch!😄

A little pricey but great vegan options- felt nice to eat a little healthier and have some veggies on vacation! I had the veggie bowl with noodles & soy sauce and it was delicious. We also ate here another day and I had a build-your- own poke bowl, but forgot to take a picture! But the vegan tzatziki was really tasty

Pleased to stumble across this place, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return. My husband’s US burger was pretty nice, my kebab (burger bun subbed for pita as they were out, but they did check with me) was okay but I had hoped for stronger flavours.

We had the caesar salad and the green salad - both ordered as vegan. The salads were nice enough but we had to wait about 30 minutes while other people seemed to be being served as they forgot about our order.

It's upstairs in the Mercato Centrale, in the bustling food hall beneath the soaring roof. A good selection of fast vegan and vegetarian food amid all the hustle and bustle.
Read moreI had a USA burger with truffle mayo, which was big and filling. The burger was a house made legume patty that I found a little soft, but the bun was nice and crispy and the toppings, including a tangy vegan cheddar, were top notch. I also had roasted potatoes that were really delicious -- soft and creamy, with lots of olive oil and herbs. I had a juice as well -- a fresh blend of pineapple, apple, and orange that was pretty tasty.
I thought it was a touch expensive for what it was, but on the other hand, Florence is expensive so it fit right in.
Downstairs in the Mercato Centrale there are a lot of dead bodies of animals, but you can avoid this by going up the escalator as soon as you come in the door. The food court is up there.
Pros: Delicious food, Lots of vegan choices, Fun atmosphere

Lots of fun options. I had the small poke bowl since poke seems to be so popular in Northern Italy. Being in the large Mercato Centrale is nice - everyone can get what they want in the market.
