Valhalla is named appropriately! - Edit
Baum Ave Market is amazing. It's the home of Valhalla Bakery, which has vegan desserts and baked goods so good even non-vegans won't believe it's all vegan. Not joking, either. Best baked goods around--period.
Read moreAlso housed in the market, though, is The Twisted Indian, a bar with unbelievable pineapple margaritas, a coffee shop and more.
Outdoor, pet-friendly seating, too, and a beautiful open floor plan interior space. It's chic, artsy, hipster, and delicious!
You might miss it if you're not paying attention, though. It is the white building across the street from the famous (and also delicious) Bodega walk-up restaurant.
Pros: Lots of amazing vegan desserts!
Cons: You will want to buy everything.
