Cute shop with outdoor seating and an extensive menu. I had the lasagna which tasted good but may have sat in the oven a bit too long. I also had a chocolate tart which was delicious!

I’m studying abroad in florence and pretty much every restaurant has vegan options but i prefer to support all vegan restaurants so when i found this place i was so excited. everything is so delicious and the staff is all so sweet. it’s pretty close to my school so i go often and love it every time

Really loved the food here, we had the lasagne and the “spicy vegan” sandwich. Both were lovely, on inspection of other people’s food- all of the vegan burgers were very big portions. The prices for main meals ranged mainly from €8-€10. Staff were very friendly, and there was a lovely seating area outside in the square.

Zoodles were overcooked, Mushroom balls tasted just like bread and a frozen product from the supermarket and the lasagne was just average and not al dente. Less value for the money, either they should serve more for one portion or sell it for less money.

If you’re in Florence, you need to come here. So many options- wraps, burgers, pizzas (with vegan cheese), lots of sides like crumbed potato bites and chicken nuggets, cakes, tarts, tiramisu, cheesecake, fresh fruit juices, croissants (try the chocolate one heated up). Can’t go wrong, you’ll definitely find something on the menu you’ll like.

Good food, all vegan, lots of fresh veggies and many different variations. Staff is friendly and happy to help customize your dishes if needed. In the summer the a/c is mild (which I liked) and males the xoerience enjoyable despite the crazy humidity!

Such an amazing and vast selection of vegan food to try. If we were staying longer near Florence we would have surely come back again to trial some more of the menu. The chop sandwich was filling and delicious, lots of vegan cheese in there which was so good. The fresh cakes they have are also incredibly tasty, I had the strawberry and hazelnut one, which tasted like a vegan Ferraro Roche. Very happy to have found this place as obviously Italy hasn’t got an abundance of vegan restaurants to choose from so this was very inviting and a nice change.

When we arrived, all smiling and ready to eat, the server barely looked at us, or talked to us. All the items on the menu are not available. As for the food, it was blend, I had the lasagna and the pasta was over cooked and fell apart, the ragú lacked taste, and there was oil oozing out of it. I expected way more and have tasted way better In Italy. To sum it up,would not recommend, unless you are starving and it’s the only vegan option In the area, and only then, I would think twice before going back.

I've been there only once while visiting Florence, but I'd come back if only I could. I was eating pizza with vegetables and it was the best one I've ever had. The place is small but nice and cosy. Good location and good prices for such location.

The staff was very friendly and spoke enough English for our needs. Unfortunately they don't serve everything on the menu daily, it depends on the day. I didn't like the curry I ate at all. My friend had the risotto with funghi and she liked it but we both needed more to eat afterwards. Maybe I had a bad pick on my dish but I wouldn't go there a second time.

About 10 minutes from the Duomo is this cozy place, with a 100% vegan and absolutely delicious food!!!! A hamburger, a sandwich and a dessert, €18 (no drink). The workers are very nice. I would repeat!!

We ate a Universo Vegano several times during our stay in Florence. The ravioli and risotto were amazing, whereas the lasagna was not so great. If you are iffy on fake meats, I’d recommend not getting the dishes that include a lot of ‘ragu’. Otherwise, smoothies and cookies are also delicious, as are the burgers and roasted potatoes. Friendly staff!

nothing super special about this place, it seems kind of hit or miss. i tried the nuggets which were very bland and didn’t taste at all like what i was expecting, but weren’t necessarily bad. my friend had the farm soup which was good but unimpressive. i also had a tiramisu which was great (although they skimped on the ladyfingers which are my fav part). seems healthy enough and they had a very extensive menu. pretty okay!!

I visited at 3pm on a Sunday. Both of the mains listed on the menu that we requested were out of stock. The server explained that only some mains were available. I decided to get dessert instead of savory food - a berry tart and a fresh juice. Great selection of sweet treats. The staff could have been more polite and welcoming (I was put off returning as a result). Lovely modern venue. 100% vegan.

Although they serve anything you can think of: burgers, paella, wraps, ... it didn‘t really make me happy. Having the book „China study“ in your window, doesn‘t make you a good vegan place. I had a wrap (suggestion by the guy there) and it was OK. A bit too much oil/fat and a boring, a bit too salty wrap.
