Good, Basic, All Vegan - Edit
Italian style vegan food is served up here. Free Wi/Fi. A/C. Flavors are bit basic (read blandish). Desserts are good. I'll give them another try. Looking forward to trying the ravioli.

Read moreThe ravioli was delicious, but the portion very small for the price. However the pizza’s are really big and the staff are happy to make any alterations you want, the mozzarella was also some of the best I’ve ever had!

We did order the food on deliveroo so cannot blame the restaurant for it being cold. Lasagne was burnt and quite bland, definitely better out there. Hawaiian pizza was ok. Greek salad was good, especially the feta cheese. Overall ok, but definitely much better vegan food in Florence

Had the smoked burger and it was delicious and massive! Also very messy but that didn’t stop me! Also got a cocktail but it was a bit pricey so I’m not sure I’d do it again but it was a generous pour.

A few years ago it was amazing to find a fully vegan place like this, but today the quality of their dishes is so-so. It seems a bit low-effort — for example, their vegan “kebab” is minced meat in italian bread.

Hearty and satisfying vegan food... you can get all sorts of pastas, pizzas, burgers, wraps and loads of nice appetisers too. The Pesto Gnocchi and Four Cheese Pizza were so tasty, and the Tiramisu is scrumptious if you have room for desert.

A nice little venue which is close to the Duomo and other tourist hotspots in Florence, which make it convenient. A nice range of food available and also smoothies, etc. A bit small, but was good to see it so busy each time I went. id say some of the portions I got were a bit small for the price, but like I say, it’s great to see it was so popular.

Everything on the menu was vegan which was great, but it wasn’t fresh (understandably given the fast nature). Hummus and falafel were great, and the we had the tofu ravioli/ pesto lasagne. We had a chocolate tart for dessert but not the best I’ve had- the filling was like jelly! Staff were friendly and helpful but they didn’t have a lot of the drinks advertised.

I had the ravioli and tiramisu. The ravioli was really quite delicious and the vegan cheese was very spot on. The tiramisu was not the best I’ve ever had but still quite good. Everything is vegan so tons of options to choose from as well.

My boyfriend (non-vegan) had the truffle burger and said it was the best burger he ever had. When we visited Padova, he insisted on going to the Universo Vegano there as well. Only downside I found were the desserts and limited seating area. But the burgers are amazing!

So many vegan options with whatever you fancy, all are very healthy as well and with reasonable pricing. I had the vegan paella which was so delicious with brown rice, veggies and a variety of beans, legumes and soy protein. Would definitely be back!

During our stay in Florence we ate there a lot of times. The vegan cheese on their pizza was the best vegan cheese I ever ate. You have to try this! And their desserts... tiramisu and chocolate cakes... everything we ordered was delicious!!!

i ordered a lasagna and tiramisu. the table service was confusing. they serve the mains but u have to get up and get the desserts yourself. my lasagna took ages to get to me and was not heated properly. the girl apologised but when they returned the lasagna to me it was still lukewarm. it was gross and even though the tiramisu was ok it put me off buying anything else to takeaway. they looked like they didn't know what they were doing even though it seemed like this place was opened a while.

they have a very good menu but, unfortunately, the lasagna i wanted wasn’t available so i had the other one. i was quite disappointed it didn’t come with vegan cheese. portion was small. i also had some sort of mashroom nuggets which were delicious but very expensive for just four small pieces.

The food was very tasty and prepared on the spot. We had the vegan burger, vegan beach burger and two sides (potatoes and nuggets). The burgers were very tasty and the tomato ketchup was clearly homemade. Only there was a lot of it on my burger so it was practically swimming in ketchup. Still very good though .
