Decent - and open later than many places in Margate

For a small town, this restaurant is very good (and I might possibly have given this a 4 rather than a 3). There are several vegan options (they say that all items marked vegetarian can be made vegan). I found the flavours a little blander than I would like, that might reflect the palate of the local market. The restaurant has a slightly dingy, old, sad feeling to it.

One of my favourite options for vegan take away

If this place was fully vegan then it would get 5 stars. They have a extensive range of vegan options and the staff are very knowledgeable and vegan friendly, as well as friendly in general . I have tried a number of vegan restaurants and take away that do Asian, Thai and Malaysian cuisine before and non of them come close to TY8. There food is amazing. I especially love their Thai green curry, vegan crispy beef and duck wraps. Apparently they make their own vegan alternative meat on the premises and it is so good. Highly recommend

Pros: Taste, Value, Friendly service

Cons: Need to relocate closer to my home

love this place

Been going here for years, the staff are always happy to cook separately to make vegan and they even say this on the menu now and have a range of new veggie and vegan main dishes which are amazing. Love the mock duck pancakes and the satay vegetable skewers.

Pros: everything , staff are lovely , new dishes

Great vegan options.

Large range of vegan options. Delicious food. Great price for all-you-can-eat (dining in).
Friendly & accommodating staff.
Be sure to personally tell the staff if you’re vegan. This will help your dining experience & ensure no cross-contamination.

Pros: Many vegan options. , Helpful staff. , Nice atmosphere.
