Beach Restaurant with excellent vegan options - Edit
Trou au Diable is the resort restaurant on the beach, NOT the Emeralds or other restaurants elsewhere on the resort, that many have confused with this beach bar. Excellent service (open to visitors as well as guests) and superb vegan options. The snorkeling just off to the left as you look out to the sea from the restaurant is also fabulous. There’s a 20 min drive along a bumpy lane to get to the resort from the main road but we did it slowly with no problem in a standard car.

Delicious Veggie Options With Beach View - Edit
Enjoyed a tasty lunch while watching the sea. Veggie chickpea roti was good and the vegan chocolate dessert was even better! Birds are very confident and friendly here too. We let them drink from one of our water glasses.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. The veg options are a bit limited but what they do have tastes absolutely amazing. It's a great setting on the beach as well and they do really good cocktails. If you're there for dinner I'd recommend sitting on the beach and looking at the stars afterwards

Lovely beachside lunch - Edit
We have been twice to this restaurant whilst visiting Anse Chastanet beach. Both times we have had the amazing vegan burger, and they also do a chocolate cake (the only vegan dessert we have had on St Lucia!). Food and service is great, price is quite high, but you are sitting right on the beach!
