Trilogy has a great location on a rooftop near downtown SD. It's half vegan cafe, half yoga studio, so the vibes there are always cool. The food is delicious. I've had the perfect tacos and the burger which were both delicious!

On taco Tuesdays you can purchase individual tacos for $6 each instead of $8 so we tried the perfect tacos and the spicy mushroom asada tacos and they were incredible!! Hot chocolate was also really good, warm spice flavor and not too sweet

I am more of a junk food vegan so the “healthier” vegan places aren’t always my favorite. But Trilogy was absolutely delicious! Everything we got was full of flavor, and the portion sizes were perfect. We will absolutely be back.

Something really bothered me about the fact that you go in to order and when they bring out the food they don’t bring you silverware so you have to get up and go find it. Not a big deal but not communicated. Also you have to take your dishes in to the tubs, but if I hadn’t seen someone else do it, I wouldn’t have known (no signs or info anywhere), and they are tucked away in the corner which you don’t see when sitting outside.

The roof has great views over the city and a nice mural. However the couches are very worn and dilapidated from use. I would eat the food again via takeout but the restaurant setting was just off to me. I also didn’t love having to take a weird hallway into a building and then go up in an elevator to find this place. There is signage to help you find your way, but still strange.
Stuffed mushroom appetizer was the most flavorful of all that I ordered, and the salad was very filling. I did order just a scoop of the coconut ice cream with the warm date sauce and that was honestly such a simple yet tasty way to start the meal (I asked for that first to be sure I had room for it all).
Pros: Large portions, Good coconut ice cream, Good roof views
Cons: Pricey and out of menu items, Not a full service restaurant , Poor quality furniture
