Beautiful view & great option for 1 meal - Edit
If you’re staying in the park, it does seem this restaurant would be limited after a couple of meals, however if you are passing through, this is a great option for a place to sit down, enjoy a beautiful view and eat! There are several options marked vegetarian and Impossible patties for burgers, but only 1 option (the hummus wrap) appeared vegan with no modifications when we visited (Sept. 2024).

Tons of Vegan Options! - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised to find so many vegan options at this location. The food was great, we pretty much ate every meal here during our stay. Although vegan options are not labeled on menu staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The scenery is also amazing from anywhere in the restaurant.
