1 great vegan pasta dish

Not a whole lot around here. The veggie pasta dish was really really good! Wife had minestrone soup that was vegan and she liked it.
My pasta looked like the last persons so I figured I would not take a picture.

Vegan options in vegan desert

They ran out of the vegan pasta veggie toss but the chef whipped up a tomato penne dish for us which was huge and tasty.

Pros: Vegan option

Cons: Not enough vegan options

Needs more options for vegans

I had the pan fried oatmeal which is the only thing that is labeled as a vegan option on the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. There is a key for gf, vegetarian, and vegan options... so it’s sad to see that the vegan option was only on one item.

Great Food!

Very limited vegan options in Grand Teton, so I was thrilled to find The Ranch House. Items are labelled vegan on the menu. The pan fried oatmeal for breakfast was delicious! I had a cauliflower toss for dinner which although was labelled vegetarian on the menu, it was confirmed with the chef that this is indeed vegan.

Pros: Good vegan options in a remote area
