Pure Love

I would give Tran's Fats 5 stars if the app allowed it. I love this food truck and I can't believe it doesn't have any reviews yet!

The very thought of the crispy potato mochi can get me through a rough day. The fried cauliflower has me searching the corners of the box hoping some crumb has been overlooked when I'm done. When I open the lemon mayo, angels sing.

If you're staying at the McCoy, order extra, pop it in your room fridge, and in the morning when you're recovering from the time you spent hanging at the bar, you have a Hangover Helper that I promise will work (even, or especially, cold).

The owner is kind and totally cool. He will remember you if you return, which is unfortunate for me because I can crush an order of cauliflower in an embarrassingly short interval.

They even have dedicated fryers so you can trust that your food is fully vegan or gf!

Yeah, it's at a hotel, but you don't have to be a guest to eat there. If you've slept on this food truck this long, today needs to be the day you fix that! Go!
