Vegan in Ronda, Spain - Edit
Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating spaces. Clearly marked vegan and vegetarian sections on the menu and server was knowledgeable about food contents. The vegan items are pretty much just veggies, as in there are no fake meat dishes here, it is more traditional spanish fare.

Good place to go when everything around is closed in the afternoon. The veggie burger I had was okay. Should have been with chips instead of a light salad though. I came out still hungry😄#Veganuary

I went despite the bad reviews and my experience was extraordinary. The potatoes with tomato sauce were incredible. The gaspacho was very good. And the tinto de verano was refreshing. The service was great. Several employees came to see me to make sure everything was ok. And the place was packed (there was a euro cup game). I definitely recommend.😄

not recommend for vegan solo eaters - Edit
on arrival, I was the first customer and was served quickly and very polite. when finishing eating, there were much more customers and I had to wait 30 min to order the bill and being able to pay.

I found the vegan options quite weird since only one could be ordered as a tapas version and the rest are big, expensive plates. as a solo traveler, I don't want a 10 euro plate of only beans for myself. ended up ordering the potatoes in tomate sauce (2,20€) as tapas and the sauted veggies as a main (10€). taste was OK, nothing special.
I found the veggies quite expensive as for only 2 euros more they add dead sea animals to it.
I saw on other tables, that they also have fries, but only with meat on it. would be nice, if they improve the vegan menu and offer more tapas.

We ate dinner here recdetly and would gave done so the following night had the main server not been really rude to my husband, which prompted us to leave. But don't let that deter you, oh hungry tourist, because this place has a lot of tapas choices with which you can put together a meal. The papatas con tomato were delicious. The gazpacho was okay and the gazpacho salad were wedges of iceberg lettuce drizzled with garlic slivers browned in olive oil--very refreshing. Members of my family had the veggie burger which I remember was not listed as vegan even though it seemed to be mostly vegetables. One disappointment were the little beans--turns out they were fava beans, but not peeled, and sauteed in a ton of garlic and olive oil. We didn't care for them. Our young server was efficient but rolled his eyes when I asked for an additional set of silverware. But the servers there do hustle and it appears to be quite a popular place.
