Decent fast casual chain

They have a bunch of sauces you can mix with your choice of vegetables, tofu, rice, noodles, and/or salad greens. Not all the sauces are vegan but the staff are well-versed and helpful. The sauces are pretty good. Good portions, ok value. This is a small chain but can be an easy option when out with omnivores.

Good tofu

I really like the teriyaki sauce and their portions are pretty substantial. Although they don’t have many vegan options, it’s pretty customizable, so it’s still a decent option.

Pros: Good Sauce, Vegan-Friendly

Cons: Expensinve

Good vegan options

I would say this is in a similar league of vegan friendliness as Chipotle, which is pretty high. The staff know what is vegan and what is not and the food is tasty. Super quick service as well.

Pros: You can customize a lot of the menu to be vegan
