Make Room for BLP - Edit
Boss Lady Pizza (BLP) artfully spins up NY-style pies in a Safeway-anchored strip 1/2 mi west of Flatirons Mall.
Read moreI got the Animal Lover and added the Violife cheese. It retained deliciousness across the various stages of the post-baked pizza lifecycle: when I got it home; when reheated as leftovers in said home’s oven (the thin crust crisps right back up after a few minutes @~425F); and when consumed as leftovers straight-out-the-fridge.
There are three other dedicated vegan pizza menu options besides the Animal Lover, though you can always build your own. I also spotted a rack of slices but neglected to ask if it included vegan options on the regular.
Oh, and for the sake of dip-tuational awareness, BLP offers vegan garlic butter that, like the pizza, doesn’t make you feel like complete balls after you eat it.
The 20” is a big pizza. Not like Cosmos’ comically big 24”er, which has to be angled and otherwise strategically placed to fit into the backseats of most sedans. BLP’s though transported with ease, and the shortish ride even stunk up my vehicle pleasantly for a couple days afterward.

we got the vegan tot & penne tom and added vegan mozzarella. holy [censored] it was amazing! way better than Mod or any pizza options around this area. highly recommend 😆
