Love this place! - Edit
I love going to Toi’s Thai Kitchen, I probably go about once a week because I enjoy it that much! I always order the green curry without fish/oyster sauce. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, I would just let them know whether you are vegan/vegetarian and they will happily accommodate your needs.

Best Thai in Yavapai - Edit
I have tried every Thai restaurant in Prescott and PV, and there are some real stinkers here. Almost all of them I would never go back to.
Read moreToi's is a Thai oasis, not only for vegans, but also for people who know and love good Thai food. This is as good as it gets in the area, I promise -- and it's really worth going!
The service is great, and most of the regular employees and owner can tell you what can be made completely vegan on the menu. If your server doesn't know, they're probably just new, but they'll run and ask the chefs. This is becoming a Hotspot for vegans, so they get these questions frequently.
Almost all of the curries can be made vegan. I recommend the green curry, panang, and the coconut soup (tom kha). There are lots of good options, those are just my favorites.
