Vegetarian items are marked clearly on the menu. I ordered the burritos without cheese and sour cream to get them vegan.

The Answers Vary - Edit
My experiences over the years at all of the Tlaquepaque locations have been varying. The guacamole is delightful. But when asking about the refried beans and the rice, the answers have always been different. Yes, the rices is cooked in chicken broth; no, it's cooked in water. I'm left to wonder which is true. Another time I'm told that the refried beans are made with vegetable oil, not lard. The next visit, I'm told it's lard.

i have never had that issue, but i switched to my local mexican food to Cazuelas grill they were honest in telling me what is and isn't vegan.
