Awesome for Everyone! - Edit
My family and I were vacationing in the area and decided to try out Tomato Head since my mom and I are vegan, but my 2 teens are not. While my teens enjoyed their turkey and cheese, my mom and I shared 2 meals so we could try out both the veggie quesedilla (beyond awesome) and the tofu and pesto sandwich (my fave). Once we settled back in Michigan after our vacation, I tried re-creating both dishes...but it was a fail. Perfect excuse to visit them again when I'm headed South!

Fabulous food and service - Edit
Great pizza with vegan pepperoni and cheese. Soft and lightly charred crust. Yum! The tofu salad and “Vegan” sandwich were also so good! The marinated tofu was just right! Great coffee with oat creamer, and topped it all off with a chocolate chip cookie. Mac was a great server, and the hostess was kind. We’ll be back!

When I travel and come across a place that serves vegan pizza, I gotta try it. This place has to be the best Vegan pizza I’ve ever had. Hands down the closest to regular pizza I’ve ever had.
Read moreThey have a huge selection of toppings. Seitan pepperoni, spinach, pickled banana pepper, roasted garlic, red pepper, and sun dried tomato with vegan cheese is what I went with.
A must go to for vegan pizza. It doesn’t disappoint.

This is one of the best almost fully vegan restaurants in all of Knoxville! Their vegan sandwich, baked tofu salad & hummus plate are my fav items from there. They also have great vegan pesto along with vegan bakery items. They also offer plenty of gluten free options. 10/10 recommend

Stopped in Knoxville for the night, and had dinner here as it was close to our hotel. People were friendly and the food & drinks were really quite tasty. Had a decent selection for vegans and vegetarians. Dine in or to-go available.

We loved our vegan lunch here! We had the large Kepner Melt with vegan cheese (warm sandwich) and the small Vegan sandwich with cauliflower soup. Topped off with vegan chocolate chip cookies. Everything came out fast and was very tasty. Our server was very friendly. Overall great lunch experience, we recommend.

I got a vegan and gf pizza. Confirmed the gf crust was also vegan and man was in delicious! Mushrooms, roasted garlic and roasted onion. A little pricy but hella tasty. Worth every penny. I was only visiting and I wish chicago had an option this amazing. More than satisfying. It was even divine cold. HIGHLY recommend.

Compared with European restaurants, the pricing is obviously way too high. Compared with American restaurants of similar quality and uniqueness, however, the pricing was fair. I ate pizza which I almost never do. They had some decent cheese and pepperoni substitutes; the dough was fine, the vegetables tasty, etc. My friend got a sandwich that looked equally good.

We got here within 20 minutes of closing, and they were still kind enough to seat us. We were debating what to get since there are so many good options here, and, at the waitress's recommendation, we got the vegan sandwich on rosemary white bread with a side salad with the southwest dressing and the black bean hummus. The black bean hummus was my favorite part of the meal. It was so good. Highly recommend coming here!

I would give this place 5 stars if the app would let me! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable about their menu options! I was passing through Knoxville and found this restaurant and I’d go back again if I’m ever in the area. I got the baked tofu salad with their mushroom dressing and it was bomb!! I loved it so much that I got their vegan sandwich to go for the road the next day which was also bomb!! 10/10 would recommend this restaurant!!

For a non vegan restaurant, they sure know how to make a vegan sandwich! The vegan tofu sandwich is by far one of the best vegan sandwiches I've ever had.

My hubby and I ate here while passing through for lunch. It’s refreshing to find a pizza joint that will sub vegan cheese. The pizza crust was delicious & they had good salad options, too, that were available in multiple sizes. Definitely would eat here again next time I’m in town.

A Vegan's Best Friend - Edit
This place has tasty sandwiches, vegan pizzas, and really great specials. They have so many vegan options. I especially love their vegan sandwich, pizza, and pita sandwich. They offer gluten-free bread for sandwiches which I love (however it is not vegan). The vibe is great and they have 2 locations in Knoxville.
