Mushroom Pie

I was pleased to hear that this pub has vegan options now, as I've been coming here for many years and always had to have a bowl of chips back in the old days. It's now a Greene King where the options seem to vary from pub to pub.
This branch offers a vegan burger, vegan katsu curry and a vegan mushroom pie. All of these come with chips. At first it seems as though chips aren't vegan because they are listed as only vegetarian but upon questioning you just have to request vegan chips.
The pie has no fake meat in it and is tasty, as well as good value.
The pub does still has a good atmosphere although it is still a bit grotty.

Cons: Chips aren't vegan, The toilets!, Sells meat, dairy, eggs etc
