Delicious food!

You won’t be sorry even if you have to drive out of the way for this lovely place. The food is absolutely delicious! You have to remind yourself that it’s healthy! My hubby enjoyed eating here and he generally doesn’t prefer my way of eating!. It became our place while we were in Vicksburg We were both enchanted by sweet Lynn (owner) and her delightful momma, Sharon! I can’t wait to go back!

I Wish I Could Eat Here Every Day

I stopped here on a road trip and is was soooo good, I wish I could have their food all the time! Incredibly friendly service with the cutest accents and funny bathroom signs and decor (just trust me on this one lol). Would 1000% come back!! Wish I could try everything

So happy we stopped

There are not a lot of vegan options in the south. I was really surprised and excited find The Squeeze Juice Bar and Vegan Eatery in Vicksburg. Just a few miles off I-20. We ordered the Loaded Burrito and the Avocado Sandwich. Both were delicious. The burrito was not huge but was the perfect size for lunch. I really liked the taco meat and spicy sauce. Everything was so fresh. The avocado sandwich also had great flavor. Tons of avocado on it. Only suggestion would maybe use a thinner bagel as everything squeezed out when biting into it. The staff is amazing!!! 5 Star all the way. It was raining and she said to go wait in your car (we ordered to go because we had our dog) and she would bring it out to us. When ready, she brought it out to our car and said since we were traveling, she put a couple bottles of water in the bag. That was the best service I have had in a long time. Please stop by if you are in town. It’s so worth it.

The juice is worth The Squeeze

This is a great little vegan restaurant. They were accommodating to my WFPB, SOS–Free needs (a whole–foods, plant–based diet with no added salt, oil, or sugar). They water grilled the veggies in my burrito and they let me use my own dressing on my kale and quinoa salad. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Vicksburg again.

So Happy To Have Found The Squeeze

Awesome place with nice people and very tasty food. We had the Vicksburger and Burrito Bowl and both were delicious, but let’s talk about that Cucumber Pasta Salad ! If you go with someone, get two servings of it, don’t share, just saying 😂 Will definitely return

HOSPITALITY

The ladies at this juice bar were so sweet, walking me through the menu, offering tips, and warning me about the weather. I could tell the food was made with love. The Vicksburg burger was really well made and still delicious when I ate it hours later after a long drive. Would love to stop in again if I’m driving through.

No fake meats here, it’s a well balanced menu with the friendliest people you’ll ever meet.

Wonderful Hidden Gem

I'm so happy to have found this cute hidden gem!! I was so sure I wouldn't find a vegan spot in this area but I've never been so happy to be wrong :-). This spot was so cute and cozy. The mother/daughter duo who run this spot were super sweet and helpful. The food was so good!! I purchased a few things, since I usually stock up when I'm away from home. The Vicksburger was soooo delicious. I haven't eaten the kale quinoa salad, the black bean hummus or the burrito, but I have no doubt they'll be delicious as well. I got a smoothie for the hubby and he said it was delicious..I forgot what kind it was. Overall, the place was awesome. Definitely a hidden gem. I'll definitely be back.

Superb Staff, Great Food, Awesome Find

In such a place with limited vegan options, the Squeeze Juice Bar and Eaterie is a breath of fresh air. The food and smoothies are always fresh and flavorful, and the staff is always welcoming. My favorite smoothie is most definitely the Banana Pudding add peanut butter. Give it a try 😋.

Amazing food

Hidden gem

We stopped by during our road trip and arrived a little before opening. This restaurant is sandwiched between a small town gas station and a grocery store…not what I’d expect to find. The owner greeted us and brought a table and chairs outside for us to sit while we waited, along with a bowl of fresh water for our dog. Everything is vegan on the menu. We ordered the quesadilla and the burrito bowl. Both were good, but I’d definitely order the quesadilla again. Opened in August 2021…consider stopping by to support this new business. The area definitely needs places like this one!

Happy to Find The Squeeze

The Squeeze is family owned and offers good food. We were camping nearby and had lunch there twice. Enjoyed the burger, blt, loaded burrito, and a couple of salads.

Pros: All choices are vegan., Made fresh with whole foods
