Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

As someone who travels frequently, I think Happy Cow is one of my most valuable resources, and I want to be part of expanding it!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love Chicago, Austin, New Orleans... I would love to visit Portland, San Francisco, and NYC
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
EVERYTHING, but the tofu nuggets at Green Seed in NOLA are not to be missed, as well as the Vegan Nom tacos in Austin!

Used to be a fan of Veg News, before its...troubles I LOVE to read, and some of my favorites are The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfus, and Outlander by Diana Gabaldon
