Delightful Allergy-Free Eats! - Edit
What a blessing to have in the area! This place offers thoughtfully-crafted food for both breakfast and lunch, and they have the tastiest treats! I had the kick'n chick'n sandwich, which is made on their in-house sourdough (YUM!). It was so refreshing to not run the gauntlet that is checking ingredient lists and worrying about cross-contamination. The line was out the door when I arrived, but the service was so fast and friendly that it was absolutely worth the wait.

Kick'n Chik'n is confirmed, not vegan by the staff. It is okay to be a meat eater who identifies as vegan (you do you), but clarify that so others are not deceived.

She probably thought it was vegan because she too was deceived by this listing!

I updated the star rating for the fact that they're not -fully- vegan, but my joy was more from the standpoint of them being allergy-free. I can't eat out a lot due to issues with cross-contamination causing illness. I didn't revel or mention that they were fully vegan, but I do understand now that HC's star rating of 5 is impeccably vegan. Love and learn, ya know ✌️

NOT a vegan restaurant - Edit
This place might be "Allergen Free" but it is not "100% plant based" nor is it at all vegan. They have a few plant based options like non-milk alternatives, non-dairy butter, salads, a soup and desserts as listed in the description. That is all there is, so if you dont want those, keep looking for another place. Probably a good place, but the review is deceptive as their Kick'n Chik'n I just confirmed with the staff is real meat. Nothing wrong with a person enjoying their meat preference, but leaving a review that deceives others is diabolical for vegan travelers. The staff had never even heard of Happy Cow, so it was not likely an inside job unless their ownership is pulling a fast one. 3 star rating is to alert others, very friendly staff and nice establishment.

you happened to go in there today too?? I asked the manager about it just today and she said they never heard of Happy Cow. Odd that we both did this on the very same day.
