Best vegan cuisine in Whistler

UPDATE: Best guest service and Ⓥ cuisine in Whistler Village. I was invited to reach out ahead of time and did. Staff responded personally, welcomed us back at seating, comped a new Ⓥ dish for us to try (which was spectacular!) and are always updating and adding to the Ⓥ menu. Well-labeled. Sober bar is phenomenal. Try the Slow Burn sober cocktail and new Cauliflower dish!

Well well well … no one had reviewed Raven Room so I assumed it was a no go but wow, vegans, get there - these dishes have unbelievable taste and care! Best Ⓥ dinner in Whistler!

It’s hard to find because it’s up (on the same level as Earl’s) and inside the Whistler Hotel. The room has a dark mod vibe and is beautiful. There is beautiful Raven art on the wall. This is a cocktail bar and feels like a dinner lounge.

Everything is labeled vegan and there are plenty of choices. There are three mocktails! Two sweet plates/desserts, two mains, three tapas-style starters (large potions). The grilled cabbage is insane. The Shepard pie was a delight. Pineapple salsa was off the hook. We even made all our dishes gluten-free by substituting taro chips n this case. To my shock, the Ⓥ dessert was a pineapple soaked in rum and lit on fire - SO GOOD with vanilla ice cream!

I can’t say enough good about Raven Room. Will go back. #Veganuary

Excellent Dishes, Small Servings

The beet tartare was delightful. The cauliflower was good, but would have been better without batter.
