Pleasant surprise - Edit
I was delighted to find a few vegan options in this cute roadside place, while waiting for a bus after finishing my hike. I had loaded fries with vegan haggis and vegan cheese (vegan bacon is an option, too), I remember there was also a no-meat burger on the menu, and there was a vegan cake at the bar (I think it was a lemon one?). Pretty decent, given the remote location. The staff were really nice, there's loads of outside seating, and the views of the loch are superb. Prices are affordable, too.

Vegan toastie with veggie bacon was the perfect midday fill up while hiking. Friendly service and good vibes. My favorite thing about Scotland is the ability to find vegan options in the middle of the more rural areas.

nice little diner - Edit
We hiked all day and I didn't expect a warm meal in the evening at all. However, there was this diner, even with vegan options! The waitress was really kind and explained everything very well. They have toasties and sandwiches with vegan choices such as vegan cheese, vegan bacon, vegan haggis, salad. We tried the curry and a vegan toasty and both was delicious.
