Good gyozas - Edit
They have a couple of vegan options, clearly labelled when you use their tablet. Staff was very friendly.

One of the few places during my trip in japan where i can say i felt full afterwards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gyozas was great and they also had vegetables such as menma, edamame and tofu. Was a great dinner place where you can order in english on a pad. Went there twice! Was not dissapointed

They have 4 options of vegetarian and vegan dumplings to choose from and if you are just vegetarian you can also go for the bimbimbap. The dumplings and the sauce are delicious.

Vegan menu and side dishes, easy to order (via an ipad), nice and understanding staff. Very good gyozas !

Nice izakaya with vegan gyoza - Edit
Nice izakaya which offers 4 different types of handmade vegan gyoza and also different side dishes like tofu and pickled vegetables. English menu available and the staff ist super friendly who introduced us to the menu and how to drink the Japanese sake. Many great drinks available and a lot of the served drinks and ingredients are from Nagano.
