Perfectly Cooked Spaghetti

The chef here has his spaghetti making down to a science, it was perfectly al dente every time we went (which we did every day we were in Nagano).

They can't adjust any dish, as some of the sauces are pre-made with meat already. Still absolutely worth a visit or five!

Pros: Food comes out quickly, Friendly service, Pasta is perfect

Cozy spaghetti place

Very cozy spaghetti restaurant that offers vegan friendly dishes. Menu states that chef can veganize or adapt any dish. I loved the atmosphere: non-pretenious, Italian loving basement resto. The portions are big!
