Vegan special attracted us

A spacious restaurant with several vegan or near-vegan options. Today's special was a vegan lentil patty hamburger on a pink beet bun. I paired that with the menu's Orange Soup (pumpkin, ginger, coconut milk), and both were excellent. Puzzled by the menu entry for the hummus meal, which includes "meat"??
