I love this restaurant. They have a buffet on Thursdays that is half vegetarian and has a few vegan options.

There are so many vegan options. You just have to specify to make the vegetarian or tofu dishes vegan.

If you like Indian food, you'll love this place - Edit
This place is the real thing. Family owned, and the food is prepared fresh enough that they can make anything plant-based on the menu vegan (I was told), and they have an extensive menu to choose from, with lots of appetizers and entrees, as well as vegan naan (made with whole wheat flour). They also serve a lunch buffet everyday, and a dinner buffet one night, and I was told they have at least 3 vegan offerings on the buffet. Very reasonably priced and nice location -- you won't be disappointed.
