Wonderfully helpful and friendly with great options

There was a vegan breakfast offering however I wasn’t wanting that much so asked if I could have a vegan sausage sandwich. The lady then asked if this was preference or if I was vegan and then offered the type of vegan roll they have along with ensuring the butter wasn’t put on and so many other little things it was lovely not to be a nuisance to them.

Pros: Friendliness , Being catered for, Feeling welcomed
