Read moreLovely place. Food is excellent with many choices and value for money. The Vegan sharing board is a good selection of the tapas but add the ‘creamy’ mushrooms as they are delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Ended up in Bradford on Avon by accident and came across Pablos Bistro equally by chance. What an amazing find! There are plenty of vegan options and you can tell they are not an afterthought and are genuinely delicious.

The staff are super friendly as well.

Worth a trip to Bradford upon Avon for this restaurant alone - Edit
We liked the food so much we came back the next day on just a two day trip to the area. Everything was exquisite - who would have thought the best paella ever made would be in Somerset.

A lot of vegan options which is great, but *everything* is either soaked in oil or deep fried! Even the salad is covered, it’s not pleasant. It’s all well presented but not ideal.

Would have given 5 stars, even though they're not fully veggie/vegan their vegan menu is really extensive and they've obviously put a lot of time and effort into it. The food was fresh and delicious, the staff bent over backwards for us rearranging half the restaurant to accommodate us. Highly recommended!!

Tasty tapas with plenty of vegan options - Edit
I visited Pablo's with my lovely wife and the mother-in-law for lunch one day. It's a nice little place in the middle of Bradford-on-Avon with lots of outdoor seating which is ideal on a sunny day. The menu offers a range of meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan tapas. Everything we had including vegan meatballs, vegan croquetas, patatas bravas and mini Mexican bean burgers was very tasty. We shared six dishes between us which was plenty for lunch. Three each might be better in the evening. The bill including service was around £50. Pretty good value . Definitely recommended.

Read moreI have been here a few times and every time have enjoyed my food! They have changed the menu a few times but I don't really mind this as it varies the food slightly. I always have the aubergine 'meat'balls though as it definitely adds something to the veg and potato options. It is slightly pricey and the veg costly as much as the meat but I have always left full!
I am not sure if they have vegan wine but would hope so!
If you have room I would 100% recommend the vegan brownie!! omg it is so gooey and amazing! Only improvement would be vegan ice cream instead of the sorbet but that's a small thing!

Had lunch here yesterday - several vegan tapas dishes and all delicious. Understand that the chef has experience in vegan cooking and it showed. Really recommend it. Highlights were mushrooms, asparagus, aubergine, spinach and chick peas. All dishes were really tasty.

We didn’t expect to find any vegan options in a small place like Bradford On Avon, let alone a tapas restaurant with a separate vegan menu! The spinach croquets, aubergine balls and cauliflower were all delicious but the bean tacos were an explosion of flavour - fantastic!
