Not bad, not great - Edit
We came to the Maypole more for nostalgia but knowing they had vegan options. The pizza base was lovely, the vegan cheese was not bad, but the black olives were disappointing (in an Italian place). The vegan burger was decent. The chips were very good!

Off the beaten path - Edit
The great thing about the Maypole is that it feels like a secret. It’s got a nice atmosphere, especially outside under the tent, and gives a unique vibe. Very nice in the summer followed by a stroll on Jesus Green.

Nice burger - Edit
I've only eaten here the once but I enjoyed the experience. The burger I ate was really good and they had several vegan options which I was pleasantly surprised about.
