Vegan perfection - Edit
Vegan bowl was perfect, tasty, fresh, delicious! Whoever left the bad review may have been purposefully trashing the food truck for some personal reason. My wife had the Tuna Poke bowl and loved it.

The Vegan bowl was super filling, tasty and a great value. The two vegetarian bowls can be made vegan - I’ll def try one next time I’m in the area.

Oasis in a vegan desert - Edit
The top menu item is vegan. Most of the other items are vegetarian but can be made vegan. I had "The Lacto-Veg" without the cheese and with a vegan dip. My spouse had "The Ovo-Veg" with tofu instead of egg. We also had chocolate chip cookies, which were also vegan. Everything was delicious. I wish I had known about this place on our previous twenty-plus trips across the U.S.-Canada border. We will be back for sure!
