Good flavor but pricey - Edit
I was lucky enough to find this all-vegan food truck while visiting Duluth. (And lucky I had cash since I didn't realize it was cash or Venmo only.)
Read moreThe guy working was friendly and was cool about thoroughly answering my allergy questions. I had a burger with mushrooms and cheez, and it was pretty good. And I always love me some tots.
It was kind of expensive though; I spent $32 on a fast food lunch for two. But at least it's supporting a vegan business!
Pros: 100% vegan, felt homemade, prompt service
Cons: pricey, no credit cards accepted

Love having another vegan food truck option around here. The chimichanga I got was flavorful and huge so I could take some home with me. Make sure you have cash or venmo to pay for your food!

Not my typical place of choice as it’s vegan fried and battered, but it fits a bill. Had the wild rice burger, and that was pretty tasty. I’ll take a vegan van any day as they are rare!

Fantastic Vegan Junk Food! - Edit
My partner and I stopped by the food truck at Pride fest. The staff were very friendly and the service was relatively quick. Both the chick'n sandwich and the loaded fries were AMAZING. My partner said they wanted to take them home to Chicago with us. Would definitely go again. Check their Facebook to find out where to catch the truck and what they have on the menu. They only took cash or Venmo when we went this seemed like a common thin when we visited vegan spots in MN.

This food truck is all vegan. My friend got the double stack and I enjoyed the picnic burger. Both served with hot french fries. Mine was made with a homemade white bean burger, fake bacon, vegan cheese, and coleslaw. So tasty! The mmm muffin with cream cheese frosting was the perfect desert 🧁

Great comfort food. Follow them on Facebook to see where they will land next. Menu changes frequently. They have great food from wild rice burgers, fried chicken, Mac and Cheez. Don’t forget to order the desert you won’t be disappointed. Whole menu is vegan.
