First of all, this is not a Chinese style dumpling. The flavors are more Indian/Nepali. When I ate here there was a vehicle parked outside with a Kathmandu logo. I had expected a Chinese style dumpling experience. They have three menu items clearly labeled Vegan, but many other items marked as vegetable. I tried the steamed vegan dumplings and the vegan dumplings in soup. They ask you how hot you want the dish on a scale of 1-5. I’m pretty heat tolerant but the three was at the upper limit for my taste. The food was good once I realized the regional difference.
The bad: I was the only customer in the restaurant and the food took 25 minutes to come out.

Delicious vegan dumplings. I tried the steamed and soup. Next time I plan to try the vegan mango dumplings!
