the deli is not the same - Edit
In the past, we've had the vegan breakfast sandwich here and it was delicious.
Read moreSadly, this is no longer the case as the deli was closed by previous management and current management is trying to reopen it but as of November 25, 2022 it is not the same quality it was before.
The staff attempted to recreate the past sandwich for us and I really appreciate their effort but sadly it just wasn't even close. Giant chunks of tofu with little seasoning/marinating on untoasted bread and no vegan cheese. Very bland.
I think if they brought back the menu from before and made the food the same too then it could easily be delicious again. I hope this is done so I can update my review next time we visit family in CT.
Pros: Wonderful staff , Grocery side has plenty of vegan options , The potential is there for it to be good again
Cons: Deli has been neglected, No menu, Taste is not as good

Great market with a deli - Edit
The common bond market is a wonderful spot to get so many vegan goodies. They sell a lot of local products which I love. The staff are so sweet and their food from the hot bar and deli is delicious. I’m so glad I found this spot and can’t believe I waited so long to try it. Will be a regular customer now!

They have different hot foods and sandwiches depending on the day, but it seems to sell out quickly. Soups are always yummy.
Read moreWhatever desserts I've ever gotten from them have always been good (cupcakes, muffins, cookies, etc).
Prices are a bit expensive, but that's to be expected (similar to your typical health food store).

Great sandwiches and deli vegan options - Edit
Ordered a wrap as a sandwich, beyond beef melt, and a tempeh BLT with avocado. All of them were delicious. There aren’t a lot of vegan options in the area, which made me skeptical to try this place, but we were not disappointed. Will be going back again

I love coming to this market. They have many specialty vegan options. Their baked goods always hit the spot and are gluten free and vegan. I am not gluten free and I extremely enjoy all the sweets. They also have vegan Amy’s pizza snacks which are always a special treat. We always enjoy stopping by.

I come here every time I’m home from college to stock up on my favorite vegan cheeses, ice creams, desserts, snacks, and nut butter. They have fresh produce and regular grocery items, but they’re a bit more expensive than your large healthy grocery chains. However, I love supporting small business and this place is 10/10 for all your vegan needs!
