Good vegan pizza offering...usually - Edit
Fire Engine Pizza offers vegan cheese for pizza, but not much else beyond that for vegans. That said, the vegan cheese on their pizza is usually quite good. I've had some inconsistent experiences but mostly positive. The crust is good.
Read moreThe staff are also either kind and courteous or just pushing through the day. Depends who you get. Again, largely positive experience here, but some staff get thrown off by requesting vegan cheese or questions about ingredients.
The atmosphere is nice for families and individuals. There's a large wrap-around bar if you want to watch sports after work with buddies. But plenty of regular dining tables and separate dining spaces for families. They also have an old fire engine that has been converted into a food truck. It's usually parked outside. Great idea!
I'd love to see Fire Engine lean into more vegan offerings more. Even just 1-2 more non-pizza options to start.
Warning for those ordering through DoorDash, UberEats, or GrubHub: the cost of vegan cheese is severely overpriced on delivery apps, especially on apps where you add toppings by the half pizza. They charge like $4-5 per half. It's insane. If you order directly in the restaurant it's something like $4 for vegan cheese on the entire pizza. I think someone made an error when inputting the pricing or put it in based on a full pizza but did it per half by mistake. I've told the restaurant about it but nothing has been done.
Pros: Vegan cheese offered.
Cons: Not much else to eat beyond vegan cheese., Good for families or friends., Way overpriced vegan cheese on delivery apps.

Super rude staff. Food was absolutely disgusting. Couldn't even eat it. Took one bite and sent back. Prices on their website are different then when we went. When I asked about it they said they hadn't updated their online prices.

Their vegan cheese pie is delicious. Mouth-watering crust that isn’t doughey but has a nice chew to it. The sauce has a unique flavor but is delicious. The vegan cheese is nicely melted. We will be back😄

Wood fired and not burnt - Edit
Love their wood fired pizza, but the vegan cheese upcharge feels like highway robbery ($8 for a large seems excessive). Having said that, the cheese is still great.
