The food was standard and and the wait time was average. The restaurant is clean and the prices are fair however the customer service was an unpleasant experience. The receptionist that took my order was blunt towards my partner and I who spoke English, they were not helpful in explaining what was vegan or how the ordering system worked. If it wasnt for reading the reviews my partner and I would have had a harder time. However the chefs seemed a lot kinder.
I had the Pad See Ew, which I had to order vegan, so without egg and oyster sauce. Apparently egg is not always labeled, so better say vegan instead of just without non vegan ingredients.
The food itself was nice.
They have a selection of meals and you can pretty much pick anything and put together your own meal. I used one of the options (minus the oyster sauce) and got a perfect fresh stir fry served with brown rice. Prices were really good value.
